Breakfast at Black Door Gallery

On Friday I arrived at the Black Door Gallery to take down the "Quickening" show, and Craig came out of the house to offer me a freshly cooked omelet and a slice of bread for breakfast. How sweet of him. We sat outside under the tent and talked of new plans and ideas. He made this delish omelet on his antique stove, which is now the only thing left in the drastically gutted kitchen where he is beginning a grand renovation. It's a BIG project, but the beautiful new space will be well worth it!
